NSPR consults with its clients to understand the goals of each assignment
and discuss the potential benefits and related costs of every task.
Budgets are tailored to each client’s particular needs. NSPR gives each
client a candid appraisal of the cost-benefit of the investigation and
the likelihood of success. NSPR will not accept assignments unless we
are reasonably assured that we can add value and further our clients’ objectives.
Our principal, Matthew Combs, has completed hundreds of background investigations, conducted surveillance, and has worked on fraud investigations for one the nation’s largest school district. Matt has conducted interviews, completed comprehensive and detailed data analysis, and has developed a network of national and international investigative professionals.
Matt has been certified by the National Association of Investigative Specialists as a Pre-Employment Screening and Background Investigator and On-Line Search and Internet Investigator. Matt is also a graduate of the Executive Protection Institute’s Providing Executive Protection program, and as such, is a certified Personal Protection Specialist.
Matt currently serves on the Board of Director of the Washington Association of Legal Investigators as a Director-at-Large. In this position, Matt is the Publication Committee chair and serves on the Education Committee.
